Hey, Faithfuls! I've been on ClassPass recently and have been checking out different spin studios in Singapore. One spin studio that I've been frequenting is Aurora Spin Studio, located at Beach Road. Conveniently located just a walk away from City Hall MRT Station and Bugis MRT Station, Aurora is easily accessible from various parts of the CBD.

If you're a first-timer here, you can book their trial package, priced at S$75 for three classes. Alternatively, you can buy a 10-class package for S$240.

The studio is located on the second level of South Beach Quarter. You'll need to take a lift from the street level up to the studio.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a spacious lobby area, a departure from the cramped waiting rooms commonly found in other spin studios. Shoe racks line the pathway to the female locker room and washroom, providing ample space for storage.

You can select your spin shoes from the shoe racks conveniently provided. Each size is clearly labelled, making it easy to choose the right fit. However, it's important to exercise caution as some shoes may be faulty and not secure properly, posing a risk of potential injuries.

Aurora Spin Studio offers full shower facilities and personal changing rooms equipped with organic soap and shampoo.

The locker rooms feature numerous mirrors, perfect for post-workout selfies, although some lockers may be inoperative.

Many of the lockers may be faulty and unfunctional, which could trap your belongings inside. Many riders opt to place their items in the lockers without securing them, but I recommend bringing your valuables into the studio. Unlike most spin studios, Aurora allows you to bring your bags into the spin rooms, and I guess we know why!

The showers feature sleek marble-black walls and floors, which are usually kept clean. However, I must admit that I'm not a fan of their shampoo, as it tends to frizz my hair. Additionally, the hairdryers provided are not as hot as I'd prefer; they tend to blow cold air.

Booking a session at Aurora is a breeze. You can log in through the Aurora website, download the Aurora mobile app, or book via ClassPass. The studio offers two distinct rooms for cycling: the Infinity Room, which can accommodate up to 36 riders, and the Experience Room, which can accommodate up to 27 riders.

Step into their multi-sensory studios, where an advanced lighting system, magic mirror technology, and a top-notch surround sound system combine to immerse you in an energetic ambience.

When I attended during off-peak hours, the class was quite small. There were only about six of us in the class, but the instructor was incredibly fun, friendly, and energetic. The lighting effects were amazing, creating a club-like atmosphere, and the music really got us pumped and energized throughout the session.
