Broke poly students hear ye hear ye!

In case you did not know, Wing Zone is having an awesome student promotion for 20% off the entire menu!

I was at Wing Zone yesterday with a friend and we were delighted when we saw the gigantic signboard outside the restaurant. The student special is all day round every Monday to Friday and from 11.00am to 3.00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

I'm now going to tell you how worth the meal was for the both of us.

I've always been a fan of Soy chicken including the ones from Chicken Up and 4 Fingers, but Chicken Up is extremely expensive (and have ridiculous GST and service charge), while 4 Fingers is undoubtedly tasty but their chicken isn't of the best quality. Sometimes their soy drumsticks even give off this weird smell.

It was my first time at Wing Zone and I had high expectations since my ex-boyfriend had always been going on and on about how good it is. There are 16 flavors of chicken to chose from out of these different categories - sweet and spicy, sweet with no hear, savory flavors, dry rub flavors and traditional buffalo. We ordered two set meals of Lemon Zinger and Sweet Samurai with two sides of aromatic rice and wedge fries. Both cost $22.63 with the 20% discount.

When the dishes came, we were both shook

The portion is extremely large (19 wings) and I was glad that they were so generous with the sauce. If you go to Chicken Up, it costs about $30 per person, while the price at 4 Fingers is around the same but half the amount.

Everything about the food was delicious and I can't wait to go back again. I hope the student promotion is still available the next time I go though!
