So uni/ hall/ my night shifts have been taking a tremendous toll on me, and it's sad to say that I haven't been taking good care of myself.

My Experience with the VitaRealm Whitening Collagen


At first, I thought that VitaRealm were literal vitamins or pills - and I can't swallow pills - so I was really glad when it came as small bottled drinks.

The bottles come in boxes of 8 (50ml per bottle), and I had 2 boxes. It's easy to carry around and easy to drink, and you can just open it up on the way to the bus stop or MRT station.

Taste-wise, I really like how it's grape flavoured because I can literally eat grapes everyday and not get sick of it. The flavour is strong (you can smell it before you open it), and it's best to pop it in the fridge overnight and drink it the next day. Super refreshing I kid you not.

I'm only 7 bottles into the VitaRealm "experiment" so there is still some time before we can tell if it actually works, BUT touch my heart my skin actually feels firm, cleaner and...tighter?

It's quite difficult for me to get fair since I'm constantly overseas and under the sun, and I've also got my night job to thank for my poor diet and unhealthy lifestyle, so hopefully we can see more obvious progress in another week! But since this is a review, I'll just put a before and after bare face photo down below and y'all can be the judge.


Also, the "Before" was taken using an older iPhone than the "After" so if my skin did not improve, logically speaking you would be able to see more flaws in the "After" picture but yeah. If you look closely, my skin does look firmer and there are less red spots.
