Hey, Faithfuls! As someone who loves essential oils, I use them for everything—from relaxation and sleep to repelling bugs in my room and even soothing my urticaria (AKA my rashes). Carrying a diffuser or multiple bottles of essential oils when travelling can be a hassle, though, which was why I was thrilled to discover the GO2 Essential Oil Inhaler Sticks—a compact and convenient way to enjoy essential oils anytime, anywhere!

These inhaler sticks are made with a unique blend of 100% natural, pure essential oils, carefully selected for their purity and effectiveness. They come in four different scents, each designed for a specific purpose.

If you struggle with getting quality sleep, the GO2 Sleep Inhaler Stick blend may help create a more restful environment. While I wouldn’t say it’s a cure for insomnia, it does promote relaxation, which can aid in better sleep. I’ve noticed that when I apply essential oils to the soles of my feet before bed, I sleep exceptionally well—so using this inhaler before bedtime has been a great alternative.

The Sleep stick contains a calming mix of lavender, known for its soothing effects on the mind and body, red mandarin for its gentle citrus aroma, and frankincense essential oil, which has grounding properties that help with relaxation.

The second one is the GO2 B.Calm Inhaler Stick. This one is designed to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. It contains cardamom, which provides a warm, comforting sensation, lavender for its well-known calming effects, and bergamot, which adds a light citrusy note. The addition of sweet orange makes this blend both refreshing and soothing, making it great for unwinding after a long day.

Then there's the GO2 Focus Inhaler Stick. For times when I need to concentrate and stay sharp, the Focus stick has been helpful! It’s formulated to improve mental clarity and help the brain stay alert. The key ingredients include rosemary, which is known for supporting memory function, while peppermint essential oil benefits focus. Then there's lime, which is uplifting for both the body and mind. I find this blend particularly useful when working or studying, as it helps keep me on track.

Out of all four, I’ve been using the GO2 Energy Inhaler Stick the most—especially since I’ve been waking up early more often (and I am definitely not a morning person). Whether it’s a placebo effect or not, I genuinely feel a boost after using it in the mornings. This blend contains lemongrass and peppermint, which give an invigorating freshness, as well as eucalyptus. If you've researched eucalyptus essential oil benefits, you would know that it promotes clear breathing. I also use it alongside my morning breathing exercises, and it helps me start my day feeling refreshed.

I got mine from Shopee, but they are also available on their official website. Aside from the mental clarity and relaxation benefits, I love how they help clear my nasal passages. If you’re into essential oils but want something more portable, these inhalers are definitely worth trying!

Thanks for reading, and see you next post!
