Hey, Faithfuls! If you're looking for a stylish and cosy space to take photos in Singapore, Haus of Soma might be what you need. Designed like an apartment, the studio is spacious, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully decorated with props like books, magazines, a camera, and various homeware.

Every corner of the studio feels curated for the perfect shot, which makes it a cool spot for content creators or anyone just looking for a cute backdrop.

Booking is done online, and on the day of your session, you're sent a door code to let yourself in—super fuss-free with a self-check-in system. My friend and I booked a two-hour slot, spending about an hour and a half snapping photos before winding down and just chilling for the last 30 minutes. At prices starting from S$30 per hour, it’s pretty reasonable, especially if you're sharing the space.

Inside, the studio also has photography essentials like lighting equipment and a tripod. There’s a changing room with a garment steamer, a full-length mirror, and even a portable speaker if you want to play some music during your shoot. The space feels like someone’s Pinterest-worthy apartment, from the soft lighting to the neutral tones and textures.

The only thing to note is that the studio isn’t completely soundproof. We could hear a church service happening next door during our session, which wasn’t a huge deal for us, but something to keep in mind if you’re planning anything audio-sensitive.

Overall, Haus of Soma is a beautiful space that made our photos look amazing, and we had a great time just being creative. It’s perfect for casual shoots, branding content, or even a fun afternoon out with a friend.

Thanks for reading, and see you next post!
