The high tea is complete with mousse cakes, chocolate sculptures and swan pastries.
Chef Janice Wong has learned from the world's best chefs including US luminaries Thomas Keller and Grant Achatz, virtuoso Spanish chocolatier Oriol Balaguer and prodigious French pasty chef Pierre Herme. She was also named Asia's Best Pastry Chef.
The Cakes of Versailles high tea menu will run every weekend at 2am:dessertbar from 3 October to 1 November and limited sets are available each day - so go ahead and make a reservation online via the 2am:dessert bar website!
Priced at $45 per person, the Janice Wong Cakes of Versailles high tea menu features these yummy treats:
- Prosecco raspberry Jelly from Bompas & Parr
- Strawberry champagne Cake from Dinara
- Selection of baked items such as pistachio and rose escargot from Le Matin
- Janice's Chestnut Quince Cake with Lemon Curd, Chantilly and Chocolate Chestnut Mousse
