This little spot called Same Days Coffee is tucked inside Grafunkt, an atas furniture shop. It's mainly a takeaway kiosk, but there are a few seats if you're lucky enough to snag one. Otherwise, you can take your drink and wander through the stylish furniture displays. The cafe also has charging ports, making it a nice spot to get some work done when it’s not too busy.

I tried their non-coffee option, which was the Pure Matcha (S$5.50), which was a nice intensity. It started off smooth, velvety, and pleasantly grassy, just how I like it, though it did lean a bit bitter towards the end. The iced white was refreshingly unique and definitely on the sweeter side. If you prefer your drinks bold and strong, it might not be your top pick, but it was delicious if you're in the mood for something lighter.

Though it’s a bit of a walk from the i12 Katong area, it’s worth a visit if you need a cuppa and are looking to avoid the crowd over at June Coffee.
