The high tea features an assortment of well-crafted savouries featuring Hello Kitty-adorned quiches and buns. They were filled with crab meat and caviar, smoked salmon and trout roe with homemade lox, and a stout barbeque-glazed Kurobuta pork.

I also really enjoyed their sweet items, such as the choux puff with creamy lychee custard filling, waffle and berries tea cake, and macarons and cookies!

For drinks, I had the Pink Flamingo, which was a tea infused with milk, strawberry, rose citric acid and aquafaba. It had a really refreshing taste that cleansed the palate.

I had a great time at the Hello Kitty high tea and yes, even though I agree it's pricey, the food was of high quality and there were many selections. We also left feeling really full!

The Hello Kitty high tea at Anti:dote is only running for a limited time until the end of April, so be sure to head down to Fairmont Singapore before then!
