Choice Cuts Review: Cafe & Vinyl Record Shop @ Joo Chiat
Do note that you can use the working space for free for up to one hour, after which you'll need to pay per hour. Can't remember how much the hourly rate was, but I think it was less than or around S$6 per person. Please don't quote me on this.
They mainly serve pizza here, which can be ordered from the first level. I prefer hanging around on the second level because it's more quiet there, and you can also take your time checking out the different vinyl records.
Their pizzas are actually really good and come in huge slices. It reminds me of legit pizza that you get in Europe. Order a can of Coca Cola too, and you're good to go.
They also serve bagels, with flavours such as smoked salmon and avocado. If you're a coffee fan, do try their drip coffee as well. They've got four different kinds of single-origin beans from Guatemala, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Brazil.
Choice Cafe is a little out of the way if you're not going there by car, but it's worth visiting at least once, especially if you're a fan of vinyl records and the like.
See you next post!
