Hey, Faithfuls! So I recently got to try one of the best champagne brunches in Singapore, and I wanna gatekeep it so bad, but I won't. When it comes to weekend brunches, SUSHISAMBA Singapore has truly raised the bar—literally. Perched on the 52nd level of Capital Tower, their new Copacabana Brunch offers a feast of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine every Saturday from 12pm to 3pm.

Priced from $250++ per person, SUSHISAMBA's champagne brunch is an indulgent 12-course menu paired with endless pours of champagne, house spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails. Yes, free-flow drinks are included!

The experience starts with a touch of fun—guests are welcomed with tambourines and maracas to kick off the party vibe. The restaurant’s interiors set the mood perfectly. Designed by KokaiStudios, the space is equal parts modern and rustic, with tropical plants adding pops of green to the cosy yet chic atmosphere.

We kicked off the champagne brunch with starters like Salmon Tiradito and Pork Taquito before moving on to mains such as Black Cod, Australian Grassfed Short Ribs, and Spatchcock Chicken.

Dessert was amazing too. We had the citrusy Yuzu Cheesecake, the indulgent Japanese Doughnut Andagi, and a tropical Pineapple dessert: caramelised pineapple, coconut creme brulee, and sorbet.

The brunch also features live stations offering sushi, grilled meats and other tapas-style dishes.

Even though the free-flow drinks end at 3pm, the festivities don’t stop there. We were able to stick around for the afterparty, which happens upstairs! My dining partner and I agreed that out of all the champagne brunches we've attended, SUSHISAMBA’s Copacabana Brunch was the best so far. We're really not saying this just for the sake of it, so go try it for yourself so you'll finally understand what we mean!

Thanks for reading, and see you next post!
