I'm generally not a fan of sweet things, so even when it comes to dessert like ice cream, I tend to choose flavors that are savoury/ sour. And with Singapore's oven-like temperatures, I was really glad to hear that Sweis Singapore will be having a month-long pop-up store, the Weis Sorbet Shack located at Orchard Road! And I love love sorbet.

If you've never heard about them before, Weis Ice Cream is basically an Australian brand who claims to use only real fruit from local growers in Toowoomba, Australia. I've bee to Aussie before, and if what they say is true, the ice cream should be frigging good because Australian produce are crazy fresh and juicy.





Weis Ice Cream is pushing out their 3 new flavors - the Australian Mango, Refreshing Lemon, and Summer Berries. Each 1 liter tub of Weis sorbet is sold at S$12.90 and are also available at major FairPrice and Cold Storage stores. Single scoops start at S$3.50, and S$6.50 for a double scoop.

If you're the kind who has a sweet tooth but struggles with food guilt, you'll be glad to know that all the 3 flavors are dairy-and gluten-free, 99% fat-free and vegan-friendly!

There will also be Instagrammable photobooths available so snap a pic with mango trees, surf boards, deck chairs, sand, and even a life guard! #weissingapore and your friends won't be able to tell you're in Singapore. Heh.
