Hey, Faithfuls! If you’re searching for one of the best sandwiches in Singapore, look no further than Jack Marzoni’s—a hidden gem located near Bugis MRT Station. This Muslim-owned cafe has been making waves for its hearty, loaded sandwiches that deliver big on flavour without breaking the bank.

Jack Marzoni’s offers a cosy and hip dining experience. The cafe is small, seating around 16 diners, but the vibrant decor—featuring colourful prints, old-school posters, and magazine covers—makes the space feel lively.

Jack Marzoni’s specialises in loaded sandwiches that are not only delicious but also substantial in size. With each sub priced from $12.90 to $17.90, you’re sure to leave feeling satisfied!

jack-marzonis-burrrr

As a burrata lover, I couldn’t resist trying the Burrrrr (S$14.90), a vegetarian sandwich packed with burrata, kombu butter, cream cheese, bell peppers, peach, pickled salad, smashed hashbrowns, and tomato basil sauce. The burrata adds a rich and creamy texture, while the crispy hashbrowns offer a delightful crunch. Although I wish there were more layers of flavour—perhaps a bit more tang or spice—the sandwich was still a delicious option for veggie lovers.

If you’re in the mood for something meatier, the Smokey & The Gang (S$14.90) is a must-try. This fully loaded sandwich is filled with smoked chicken breast, paprika mayo, spiced chicken salami, beef pepperoni, honey chicken ham, turkey bacon, cabbage and corn slaw, yellow mustard, cream cheese, and gherkins. Each bite was bursting with flavour, making it a highly satisfying choice for anyone craving a hearty meal.

If you’re planning a visit, weekday evenings around 7pm tend to be quieter, with the crowd picking up later in the night. Whether you’re looking for a quick dinner after work or a filling late-night meal, Jack Marzoni’s is a great option!
